Basking Shark
A basking sharks scientific name is Cetorhinus maximus.
Well my animal grow up to 20 to 26 ft that makes him about 6-8 metres.
The basking shark is a coastal-pelagic species found throughout the world's arctic and temperate waters. In the western Atlantic, it ranges from Newfoundland to Florida and southern Brazil to Argentina and from Iceland and Norway to Senegal, including the parts of the Mediterranean in the eastern Atlantic.
The basking shark (Cetorhinus maximus) is the second largest living fish, after the whale shark, and one of three plankton-eating sharks besides the whale shark and megamouth shark. It is a cosmopolitan migratory species, found in all the world's temperate oceans.
The basking shark (Cetorhinus maximus) get it’s food from its huge mouth,when a basking shark opens it mouth that can be up to 33 feet that is about a 10.0584 meters.A basking shark can get it food by opening it’s mouth and closing that could probably be about one whole house.
