Fitness

Today we had fitness in the Morning,first we done 5 laps and done shuttles.When we done our laps the courts was full like Maretai on a hot day.When I was running the first two laps I got tired and so I walked the rest.I reckon the fitness is hard because when we finish our laps we have to go straight into shuttle runs.Our shuttles are on one court but you have to go up to one line then to the next.But that is hard because I hardly got any rest.Fitness is hard but after that we have a game of shoot,I would love fitness if it had more game time but,that would never happen.I really think that fitness is a good thing.
